You may feel like you are operating from a story you are telling yourself about who you are and who you have to be.

You get to a point where you don’t even know how you got here because it’s always been this way, but you know you don’t want it to be this way anymore. I’m here to tell you that you can rewrite your narrative because I’ve done it too.

I believe people generally under-estimate their ability for self-healing and to make changes in their life.

I enjoy working with clients to identify recurring themes and patterns in their thoughts, feelings, relationships, and life experiences while we look at how past experiences may be impacting their situation today. We all see the world through a pair of glasses and our experiences add another lens to them. Sometimes, we need someone to help us take off the lens that no longer serves us so we can see things differently.

Change can be so hard, which I’m sure you know already, and in a world that makes us feel like we have to handle things on our own.

We can work together to make the changes that feel right for you.
